A school in London has faced a backlash – from some people, sort of – over a photo of young pupils holding flags celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.

This is the sort of debate I hate, usually. It’s a confected outrage, designed for clicks and engagement, and only driving us further apart. Although this one matters.
