The Road to Newcastle…
Many an iconic figure has walked the road to Newcastle, on heroic missions and for noble deeds. I can’t actually think of any at the moment, but we needn’t dwell on that. I am making my own journey to Newcastle and I’m thoroughly hoping you’re coming with me! Future Hits Live lands in the North East on Friday and we’re going to have the party of the year.

Tomorrow on The Hits Radio Breakfast, I’ll be joined by some real life Geordies to guide us on our way… including a former star of Biker Grove and current star of Geordie Shore… two of the best placed people to ensure we don’t get eaten alive on Tyneside. They will talk us through what to wear, what to eat and most importantly, how to order a beer in Geordie.
It also happens to be Te from the Loveable Rogues’ birthday and if my dream of presenting him with a cake with my face on becomes a reality, I’m sure that’ll be worth witnessing.
