Jay-Z Making Dreams Come True

Imagine being able to make somebodies dreams come true by simply walking into a room. Jay-Z is one of a few people who boast that power and he spread his star dust over a 12-year-old fan this week.

The rapper saw Justin Kyer clutching a banner that read, ‘Can I Rap For You?!’ and invited the boy on stage for a duet. N’awww.
